OreganoOregano oil
Emulsified, sustained-release oregano oil, the form matters because raw oregano oil is harsh on the stomach. No IBD trials; this is here for the SIBO overlap that so many people with IBD live with.
Andrew's notes
Oregano oil is a very powerful antimicrobial herb, and I would not use it without an integrative practitioner's guidance. Anti-inflammatories and nourishing the microbiome should be explored thoroughly first. Short courses only; it does not distinguish the organisms you want to keep from the ones you want to thin.
