Barrier Repair
Thirteen entries that rebuild the wall itself: the mucus layer above it, the tight junctions that seal it, and the energy supply of the cells that make it. It opens with the fuel trio (glutamine, butyrate, creatine), because a cell repairing itself under inflammatory stress has a higher energy budget than a resting one and starving it is a strange way to ask it to heal. Then the demulcents that coat and soothe (aloe, slippery elm, marshmallow), the amino sugars that feed the mucus, and the membrane lipids that the lining is literally built from. Barrier repair is where the mechanisms of Section B stop being abstract: a leaky wall lets bacterial material cross into the immune tissue beneath, the immune tissue answers with inflammation, and inflammation loosens the wall further. Close the wall and the loop slows. Eight entries carry a product; the rest are in the list with structures and notes.
